Terms · Ontario, not a ticket contract
Read this like a briefing, not like a waiver at a funfair
By using cntower-tickets-online.com you are reading an independent notebook by Claire Vaillancourt. You are not entering a contract of carriage, a ticket purchase, or a tour. I do not sell admission to the 553-metre observation tower on Bremner Boulevard. I do not hold inventory. I do not process payments. If a page, an ad, or a search snippet made that unclear, the fault is on me to keep saying it, and the remedy is to go to the official venue for anything that costs money.
The notes are observational. Weather changes. Queues change. Operator rules change. I can be wrong between the kettle and the plaza. You remain responsible for checking hours, closures, wind holds, and product rules with the people who actually run the lifts. Nothing here is a promise that the far shore will be visible at 14:10, or that a Saturday line will be short because I used the word “sometimes.”
Names of decks, products, and the official site belong to the operator. I use ordinary English — main ring, glass floor, terrace, upper pod — so I am not pretending to be their voice. “Bremner Tower” in these pages is my harbour shorthand for the shaft I can see from Queens Quay. It is not a claim of title.
Licence to read, not to scrape the kitchen
You may read, bookmark, and share a link. You may quote a short passage with credit if you are writing a trip plan for friends. You may not copy the site wholesale, dress it in another name, or feed the pages into a reseller funnel. You may not imply I endorse a ticket vendor. I do not.
The search ads I place exist so people checking harbour weather and queue times can find the notes. They are not an offer to sell you a timed entry. Clicking an ad does not create a booking. If you need a ticket, leave.
Liability, in one hard paragraph
To the extent Ontario law allows, I am not liable for a wasted add-on, a missed train, a wind hold, a closed terrace, a scuffed photograph, or a day the lake decided to hide. I did not take your money. I did not run the elevator. I wrote down how the harbour behaves. Use it as a method. Dress for wind. Look at the strobe. That is the deal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If a dispute ever crawled out of a notebook this small, Ontario courts in Toronto would hear it. I would still rather you emailed first.
I may update these terms when the operation of the site changes. The footer year and the date you loaded the page are your hint to re-read if you are the sort of person who re-reads terms. Most people are not. The important line does not change: this is not a box office.
